• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Accounts created with false details will be flagged during verification.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. You must not share account access with anyone else.

• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal. A photo of your National ID or passport may be requested.

All HP999 bonuses and promotional offers come with their own terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before claiming any bonus. General rules are outlined below:

• The welcome bonus is for new members only. Only one bonus per household or device will be granted.
• Each bonus comes with a wagering multiplier — typically between 1× and 3×. Multiply the bonus amount by this number to get the total bet amount required.
• Daily bonus codes expire at midnight every day. Expired codes cannot be redeemed.
• Only one bonus code may be used per deposit.
• HP999 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus, though bonuses already in use will not be affected.
• A maximum withdrawal limit may apply to winnings derived from bonuses — this is stated alongside each individual bonus.

Cash rewards earned through the rewards program points generally carry no wagering requirements and can be withdrawn directly. However, a 1× wagering requirement applies to free spins and betting credits.

The following rules apply to participation in HP999's Sports Betting, Live Casino, and other gaming sections:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet is generally refunded.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, HP999 will determine the outcome based on its records.
• Live Casino game results are taken directly from the live feed — in the event of a dispute, video records will serve as the official evidence.
• HP999 reserves the right to void any abnormal winnings resulting from a game glitch or technical error.

Engaging in any of the following activities on HP999 will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of all balances:
