FAQ

Everything You Want to Know About Registration

Straight answers to the questions new members ask most.

Yes, hp999 offers this feature and it's highly recommended. After logging in, go to the Settings menu and find the "Responsible Gaming" section. There you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, which take effect immediately — meaning the system will block any deposit attempt that exceeds your set limit. Reducing a limit is instant, but increasing one requires a 72-hour waiting period, which is intentional to prevent impulsive changes. You can also set a time limit per session and a loss threshold at which play automatically stops. Setting these up as soon as you register makes for a much more controlled and enjoyable gaming experience.

Deposits made via bKash or Nagad on hp999 typically show up in your account within 2 to 5 minutes. Occasionally, network or payment gateway delays can extend this to up to 30 minutes. Start by waiting a moment and refreshing the page. If the funds still haven't arrived, follow these steps: One — check your transaction history in the bKash or Nagad app to confirm the money was sent. Two — go to your hp999 deposit history (Transactions) and check the status of the transaction. Three — reach out via live chat and have your transaction ID or bKash reference number ready. The hp999 support team will manually verify the details and typically resolve the issue within 15 minutes. Keep in mind — if a deposit fails, the amount is automatically refunded to your mobile banking account, usually within 24 hours.
